Cheryl brings over 25 years of experience in mortgage lending. As a Mortgage Specialist with LoanSouth Mortgage, Cheryl’s specialty will be to continue to work with her clients to help assist in obtaining the most competitive interest rate and mortgage program to best fit their personal financial needs.   Cheryl’s knowledge, experience and professionalism in mortgage lending, gives her a great advantage in the marketplace and is a valuable asset to her clients. Cheryl has been an approved lender on several condo projects in Atlanta.  The Four Seasons Hotel Residences, Mathieson Exchange Lofts, Buckhead Village Lofts and recently the W Hotel Residences to name a few of the projects she has provided financing for. Over the past ten years, LoanSouth Mortgage has mastered a niche of providing creative financing to high end single family residential and condo/loft homes throughout the South Eastern United States. Working with loan amounts from $200,000 to $10 Million, LoanSouth Mortgage has worked with a wide variety of clients.   Cheryl is also involved with several charities in Atlanta and served on the Steering Committee for the MS Society’s March/2009 event, Music, Mummies and Martini’s for MS which was held in conjunction with the King Tut Exhibit. Cheryl is also a graduate of the MS Society’s 2009 Leadership Class.   Cheryl serves on the board of the Buckhead Business Association as Co Chair of Membership, the Development Committee with Trinity Ministries, The board of the Cloister Condominiums, as well as serving on the Flower Guild and having served previously on the Administration Board for Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
