Since his career began in 1998, he has built a strong reputation in both the real estate and mortgage industry. He has closed over 900 transactions, including 400 for first time homebuyers. He currently serves as a preferred lender for eight developers in the metro area, and has serviced clients in more than fifty new home communities.

Throughout his career, Spain has represented some of the nations largest financial institutions, including most recently JP Morgan Chase. Keith is active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia. A native of Tennessee, he currently resides in Atlanta.
