Karen Price is a mortgage and financial expert who boasts over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Her drive and incredible dedication help make the loan approval process a smooth and easy experience for her clients. She is well-known for her optimistic approach, loyalty and congenial qualities.

Karen, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology. She later earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from State University of West Georgia. Her post graduate curriculum included attending The Sorbonne and Universite- Paris IIIV, where she studied Intercultural Relations in Vincennes-Saint-Denis.

Karen started her career at BB&T Mortgage and later moved to SunTrust Mortgage where she spent 5 years. At SunTrust Mortgage her hard work and commitment to excellence led her to be recognized as a Top Producer in 2005, 2006 and 2007. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2007.
Karen is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG) and has been recognized by the association as Top Producer for 10 consecutive years. She was proud to join LoanSouth Mortgage in October 2008 as Senior Loan Officer. She and her husband, Chip, have been married for 11 years and reside in Buckhead with their two children, Cole (age 10) and Kyle (age 8).
